Challenge:
ex.design (employee experience design) were looking to launch their creative propositions to market and as a change management company that bring the employee’ s to the centre of the business allowing employee’s to become a dynamic workforce, they wanted to strike at the heart of Human Resources managers to demonstrate they could provide the capacity to take their employee’s careers any direction they want to. They wanted launch concepts that could describe their business to potential companies looking to implement change in HR.
Creative Strategy:
We created a series of ads, that were turned into presentations and direct mail that captured both the spirit and propositions to market. Today ex.design continue to grow.
