Strategic Challenge:
Antalis wanted a communications strategy to collaborate, share best practice, have a central repository for sales slideware, the ability to discuss situations as a group across a 24 hour time zone, with little or no technology investment, due to the size of small local operations, sometimes just one person.
Creative Strategy:
We went about setting up a digital strategy centrering on microsite named “Antalis Change Champions” to act as a hub and repository for general broadcast information and for setting up webinars. We set up a closed community on Facebook, slideshare, Linked-In, Twitter, You tube, Tumblr, designed it, built it, populated it and released it to the Antalis team.
