Creative Challenge:
Twenty one creatively inspiring learning and development modules that need to be fully interactive and be able to save down answers to tests within each module, shareable on various devices within the Telefónica stores (O2) in the UK. Three types of modules were to be designed, one set of seven for the trainer, one set of seven for the staff member and one set of 7 as pre-work revision.
Creative Strategy:
We broke down each learning module to be designed and divided them into 3 groups of branded imagery, each module contained mini films and addressed various learning scenarios and fully functional interactive via simple tiered navigation, allowing both trainer and trainee fast and agile resourcing of information, both for cross referencing and completing radio button tasks, as well as written answers.
